Celebrate the life of Esther Grace Earl on February 1, 2014!

UPDATE: We originally announced this event on December 26th, but we have new information to share! If you can’t attend the This Star Won’t Go Out release party in person, you can still participate! We will be live streaming the event on the Vlogbrothers YouTube channel, so be sure to tune in at 7 PM Eastern on February 1.

This Star Won’t Go Out: The Life and Words of Esther Grace Earl, a collection of journals, fiction, letters, photographs and sketches by Esther Earl, who passed away in 2010, is being released on on January 28, 2014.

On February 1, 2014 at 7:00 PM, the Earl family will be celebrating the release of Esther’s book with an awesome, multi-media event featuring presentations by family and friends, as well as performances by Wizard Rock bands. Come join the Earls and Esther’s friends as they pay tribute to Esther’s life and work!

This is a special, one-time event hosted by Wellesley Books in Massachusetts at an off-site location and will therefore be ticketed. Tickets cost $25 and include a copy of This Star Won’t Go Out; ticket holders will also have the option of purchasing one additional guest ticket for $5. Tickets are available for purchase starting TODAY through Wellesley Books’ website or by calling (781) 431-1160. 

The event will be taking place outside of Boston at Wilson Middle School in Natick, Massachusetts. Hope to see you there!
